Using the UNITI Community Health system, you can have a central booking system that can be accessed by all employees for the sevrices provided. This prevents double bookings and provides a clear view of the workload for each service.
Templates for services can be setup for the service type and the worker assigned to providing the service. Dates and times can blocked out to prevent client bookings during these times or to flag times as designated for specific purposes. If your agency is Community Health funded, appointments from the booking system, once flagged as complete, will then be used to generate required government reports.
