Allied Health

UNITI provides the tools and resources to assist Allied Health providers in scheduling, delivering and reporting allied health services to clients across multiple funding streams.

Allied Health

Allied Health services can be captured to report to either Community Health programs, HACC or CHSP programs, DVA Allied Health programs, NDIS and VINAH. Clients can also be invoiced as privately funded or invoices generated for insurance claims.

UNITI also provides the ability to capture data that is not dataset funded. Receive all of the benefits of UNITI without the need to report for government funding.

UNITI allows clinicians to manage their daily schedule, configuring time slots for client service bookings as well as administrative tasks and non-client times. Daily schedules can be configured to indicate certain days of the week the clinician is not working, to enable accurate service capacity planning. Services can easily be reallocated to alternative days or times if unsuitable to the client or due to a change in clinician availability.

Avoid Fail-to-Attends and Cancellations with UNITI’s SMS appointment reminder notifications. Customise your schedule and templates to keep your messaging on-brand, and receive notifications of responses from your clients.

UNITI provides the ability to maintain client waiting lists easily and efficiently, indicating the client's needs and priorities to allow for allocation based on the best clinician for the client’s requirements.

Clinicians can record their progress/case notes, enter assessment details, and generate letters to the client, their specialists, or carers. Information can be shared amongst other clinicians to improve collaboration and ensure high-quality care delivery to the client.

Client services can be invoiced on the day of the appointment or scheduled to be bulk invoiced at the end of the month. Capture client payments and manage outstanding balances.

UNITI provides the ability to record and maintain equipment hired to clients and provides reports to track items that haven’t been returned.

UNITI Mobile enables clinicians to visit clients in their homes or community centres whilst still allowing access to client information, past services and progress notes at their fingertips.
