We provide local product development, implementation, training and support services and have the experience and understanding to provide innovative technology solutions that support our customers in delivering better healthcare outcomes.
History of UNITI
In the late 1990’s, Ballarat District Nursing Society Inc. (later Ballarat and District Nursing & Healthcare) identified the need to better manage the patient journey, information and reporting. They quickly identified the software solutions available in the market were unable to meet their needs and decided to build a new system - by healthcare workers for healthcare workers.
Adoption of the product by other healthcare agencies grew rapidly across Victoria and Tasmania.
As demand grew – additional capabilities were provided, and the UNITI Client Management System was born.
Since then, the UNITI team has worked with healthcare workers to develop a solution that meets the needs and workflows of those providing care to our communities. In 2021, to further our organisational purpose to enable the sustainable provision of aged and disability care, UNITI was acquired by Health Metrics Pty Ltd.
